Well recognized as an expert in the legal industry, Akeem brings on board 12 years’ experience to empower budding entrepreneurs and guide them in navigating the legal dimensions of the business environment. He is the founder of Corporately LLC, a business offering culturally responsive legal formation and compliance services to other black-owned businesses and young entrepreneurs. Akeem previously served as a Senior Paralegal overseeing entity formations, intellectual property, and compliance matters. He graduated from the University of California with a BA in Public Policy and Religion.
As a staunch advocate of youth empowerment, Akeem believes that societal transformation is achievable by empowering the under-resourced demographics to leverage their innate skills in building themselves up. He endeavors to create value by educating entrepreneurs to make informed business decisions.
